The court has reserved orders to the son of Bail Aryan Khan Shah Rukh until October 20.

Investigation Agency, in his reply to Plea Bail Aryan, alleged that the material collected during the investigation revealed that Defendant No.
1 (Arya Khan) has a role in smuggling procurement and distribution.
NCB stated that Aryan bought Oly’s Owned Goods from Defendant No.
2 (Arbaaz Merchant), from whom 6 grams of Charas recovered.
The investigation body also stated that Aryan Khan was related to people who seem to be part of the international drug network.
The Investigation Agency further stated that Arya Khan was an influential person and that it was possible that he could damage the evidence and influence other witnesses and even escape justice.
NCB opposed Aryan guarantees while his lawyer argued on the ground that there was no recovery from the Son of Star.
“They may have information from a rave party but, it doesn’t give them the right to pick up people who are not spared and from who there is zero recovery or holding on their prisoners when it is not needed,” said Amit Desai in court.
He then argued that Aryan Khan had no plans to consume or sell drugs.
“They are some young people.
In many countries, these substances are legal.
Let us not punish guarantees.
Don’t make it worse for them.
They have suffered enough, they have learned their lessons, if at all.
They are not vendors, Racketeers or traders, “said senior advocate.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officially arrested Arya Khan and seven others in connection with drug attacks carried out on the Mumbai-Goa shipping.
