New Delhi: Two men were arrested for allegedly beating a man and cooking the story of robbery to make the victim arrested in the Southeast Amar Delhi colony, police said on Thursday.
A case was registered in the IPC 323 section (the penalty because it voluntarily caused pain), 342 (penalty for wrong confinement), among others in the police station Colony Amar against Parvinder and Akash and they were arrested, said Deputy Commissioner (Southeast) Esha Pandey (southeast ).
Victims were identified as Mohit.
According to the police, Mohit’s wife, who had an affair with Parvinder, had hatched the conspiracy to make the victim arrested.
The defendant struggled Mohit at Okhla Sabzi Bath on October 10 and recorded the video of the incident, the police said, adding that they had put some money in front of him and made another video from Mohit holding a gun.
Then, Akash Parvinder’s friend told a police officer, who was in the ticket parking lot of Iskcon Temple in Southeast Delhi, that he had caught a man carrying a gun made by the country, DCP said.
Akash claims that Mohit also tries to rob vegetable vendors at Okhla Sabzi bathing.
Sensing Foul Play, Constable’s head brought Parvinder, Akash and Mohit to the police station Amar Colony to be interrogated.
When asked, Mohit told the police about the affair of his wife’s hell with Parvinder and told the whole incident, DCP said.
The police analyzed Video and Chat WhatsApp, and found that Mohit’s wife was in a video call with Parvinder when she was beaten.
When the defendant was faced, they claimed their violations, DCP added.
