Gurgaon: Irked with poor maintenance and high accusations by the developer, the Welfare Association of the Respectents Sushant Lok Extension met with the Senior Town (STP) Planner of the City and State Meeting Department on Wednesday.
The Sushant Lok extension includes Sushant Lok-2 and 3.
In his complaint, Secretary Rwa R P Mittal said the maintenance service in the area was sad, whether it was related to the road, sanitation, security or horticulture.
In a meeting held on Wednesday, he told STP Sanjeev Mann that the population had been forced to build the road by raising money, even though the builder, Ansal, collected them for maintenance.
In this case, STP Sanjeev Mann directs the management of the builder to impose water fees according to the tariff set by HSVP.
He also directs management to submit the details of the cost of maintenance collected and spent on the services provided to the population.
The death of a commercial project by Builder, an ansal hub in Sector 83, also met Mann for the delay in completion of the project.
This project was launched in 2009 and should be delivered in 2014, but it is still incomplete.
During the meeting, the builder failed to give a satisfying reply, after that STP said he would write to the Director of DTCP K Pandurang about actions against the developer for the delay.
