Thane: Kalyan and Dombivli twin cities in the Thane Maharashtra district reported 43 new Covid-19 cases on Sundays.
According to the latest data by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), most cases appeared in Dombivli East (16), followed by 11 in Kalyan West, seven in Dombivli West and Lima in Kalyan East.
Four people were tested positive in the Manda-Titwala region, while no new cases reported in the Mohan area.
Also, another death was reported within the KDMC limit.
On the other hand, 58 people recovered from infection on Friday, taking the total recovery to 1,40,412.
At present, 614 patients underwent treatment for Covid-19 in Kalyan and Dombivli combined.
