Mumbai: A 23-year-old child from Uttar Pradesh was arrested by Mumbai police for sending nude photos and videos of a woman from Mumbai based in Malaysia.
He used naked to squeeze it, demanding Rs 2 Lakh, and received Rs 8,000 from his brother.
Police Hill Malabar on Saturday arrested Arjun Rai from the Prayagraj district under the IPC for extortion, making a woman’s simplicity, along with the information technology law.
Rai has been returned to police custody until October 22.
This case was registered in March, but the police said that because of his lock, they could not travel upwards to arrest him then the police said that the complainant was titled ‘Sex Chat.
Initially, he ignored him, but told his brother when he received Morphed’s photos.
The defendant was threatened to make public images and videos, especially among friends and relatives.
He then claimed to have changed the picture of the WhatsApp display.
