Jaipur: Rajasthan State Commission for Child Protection (RSCPCR) has written to Jhunjhunu SP asking for a detailed report on the rape of a small girl by the principal within three days.
The panel urged the police to submit a chargesheet in the earliest authority and requested the person concerned to compensate children from the victim’s aid fund.
The body of the rights of children took awareness of this problem after police Jhunjhunu arrested a 31-year-old government principal for allegedly raping a grade 7 girl, along with two female teachers because of their alleged involvement in destroying evidence.
The police said the girl had seized two female teachers posted in the same school.
He shared trials with them and also showed a series of Lewd messages sent by the Principal.
The initial investigation showed that the principal had harassed the girl and sent an obscene message.
He had told his two teachers, but they did not act.
The letter from the panel asked about the status of this case and the condition of the girl.
The panel requested a copy of FIR along with a complainant statement under section 164 of the criminal procedure code.
Police have been asked about developments in the arrest of the defendant and medical examination reports.
Reports must be sent to commissions in three days via email.
Recently, the children’s panel had written a letter to DCP Jaipur (South) who was looking for a detailed report on a St Xavier school teacher, who allegedly sent obscene messages to teachers and female students who asked them to meet him outside of school.
The teacher was arrested after a case registered with him at the Ashok Nagar police station.
