Hyderabad: In a big assistance for farmers, Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday announced that the government would buy rice in the season as it was done last year.
This center recently announced that it would not get rice from the upcoming Rabbi season and the state government tried to convince the center to change its decision because it would have a negative impact on the country.
CM on Monday instructed the civil supply department to get rice through 6,545 centers formed last year to get rice.
He said farmers in the state should not feel worried or worried about the procurement of rice in the state.
CM suggests to farmers to clean their rice and ensure that it does not have moisture and ask them to get dry rice to procurement centers.
KCR said the government took all steps to get rice according to the minimum support price (MSP).
He held a review of a review of the procurement of rice in Pragathi Bhavan on Monday.
Meanwhile, the expanded meeting in Podu land will be held on October 23 with district collectors, senior forest department officials about solving Podu’s land problems, Haritha Haram’s program.
Between 20 and 22 October, the official team consisting of Secretary of Special Chief Shanti Kumar, Secretary of Tribal Welfare Department Christina Z Chongtu, PCCF Shobha will visit the issue of Podu Lands at the field level in the forest area.
The official team will make their visit with a helicopter.
