Microsoft finally launched the Outlook extension for the Google Chrome browser.
Extensions will now allow you to do various tasks from your Outlook account without switching tabs.
Extensions work with private Outlook accounts, Outlook work accounts and Hotmail accounts.
Similar extensions were launched by the company for the edge browser in June this year.
As mentioned in the Chrome web store, using extensions that you can – access work or personal accounts, send and receive emails, get notifications, make events, see upcoming events, join online meetings, manage tasks and do some other actions without switching to New tab.
To get Outlook extension, open the Chrome Web Store> Search Microsoft Outlook> Tap Add to Chrome.
Recently, Adobe also released an acrobat extension update from Google Chrome which now allows users to edit PDF files in the browser itself.
Before the extension, the user must open a new application on the computer or search for web applications for PDF editing.
With new updates, users can comment on, marking, filling, signing and making more on PDF files directly from the browser window.
While all the features mentioned above on extensions are available for free, users can also choose to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC which add more features to the application.
These features include the ability to convert PDF to Word Straight documents, change web pages to PDF along with tools to adjust PDF placements and orientation pages.
Subscriptions are also needed if you want to delete certain pages from PDF files.
In particular, according to support pages, new features are available in several forms in August but the company now displays additional tools.
