Hyderabad: The High Court has issued a notification to the education authority of the state and central government, CBSE, and private school management associations asking them to explain their attitude on pills that accuse them with tackle in calculating school costs.
Satish Chandra Sharma Chief Justice and Justice A Rajasheker Reddy heard pills filed by the Hyderabad (HSPA) School Association (HSPA) who accused private institutions that were not paid at a large cost.
The association in the past challenges private school methods that collect costs that are contrary to state guidelines during Covid-19.
The association has urged the court to bring regulatory mechanisms.
It is also looking for directions to the state to be placed in the public domain, Professor Rao RAO committee recommendations.
The bench was looking for a counter from the authorities and delayed this case until November 17.
