Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 183 new Covid-19 cases and 1 death on Thursday.
The number of active cases in this country reaches 3,967.
The total number of cases since the beginning of last year’s pandemic, stood at 6.69,739 and the death toll was 3,943.
A total of 183 patients were declared recovered on Thursday, taking a total count of patients recovered to 6.61,829.
The case fatality rate (CFR) stood at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate reached 98.81 percent now.
So far 79.82 percent of the total cases in the state have been asymptomatic while 20.1 percent have flumed.
On Thursday, 41,363 samples were tested for Coronavirus novels.
Telangana has now completed the testing of 2.71 crore samples and has reached 7.30 lakh testing sample per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 59 cases on Thursday, while Medchal Malkajirir arrested 8 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 15 and Sanga Reddy recorded 1 case.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 18 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
