New Delhi: Next time you think playing loud music in your car while driving, thinking again, because the traffic police might be fine for you to pollution noise.
In two weeks, 371 Challans have been spent for people to play loud music in their cars.
Apart from this, 3,887 Challans are issued for modified reducer.
Taking a strong record of noise pollution in the city, the police have issued 3,887 challans for modified reducer in the last two weeks, 1,177 because it uses pressure horns, 65 challans to use horns in the silent zone such as hospitals and the area of the Cantonment.
Apart from 61,494 Challans was issued for dangerous driving, 75,361 Challans was issued for various violations through detection of camera violations.
About 80% of the complaints received are about loudspeakers, while 11% about noise from construction sites.
The noise pollution control committee will also oversee people who explode as crackers considering the prohibition of crackers in the city.
Police Delhi had previously bought a device that could check voice pollution from distance to the Challan people.
“The team has been formed to remember voice pollution, given the prohibition and air quality crackers.
All teams have been asked to ensure that the norm is followed everywhere, and in terms of any violation, it must be immediately purchased by notice of officials,” said a senior officer .
