Gurugram: Upset because the noise created by three pets, a 29-year-old DLF DLF population allegedly hit a dog and a cat to death on Friday afternoon.
He will kill his other cat but saved by a neighbor.
He was arrested on Saturday, police said.
Raj Roy, police said, used a toilet brush to hit his pet until they became unconscious and finally died.
Neighbors see him fill dead animals into the box stored on the balcony and remind the police.
The police claimed to have restored the carcass and sent it to post-mortem.
“During interrogation, we learned that Raj was stressed and his pet would not stop making noise.
He was annoyed and all his anger dropped on three pets, which was originally lost,” said a police officer.
The two pets he killed were almost 2-3 months old.
In accordance with a complainant nesting by the neighbor, who reported the crime to the police control room, he heard a squeaking sound around 3pm on Friday, following the one he rushed to the balcony.
“Raj brutally defeated two pets on the balcony.
After a few minutes, the man dragged the third animal, a cat, and began beating him and tried to put it in the box when we raised the alarm,” the neighbor said in his complaint.
A pine has been submitted against Raj below 11 (1) (a) Prevention of cruelty for animals (PCA) acts (knock, kick, torture, or treat any animal so that it can cause unnecessary pain) and 429 (mischief by killing or hurt livestock, etc., from any value or animal) from IPC.
“The defendant, the original from Delhi, was arrested.
Because it was a supreme violation, he was released with a bail,” the police said.
