MySuru: Seven Months After Proposing a Multi-Level Group Housing Scheme, Urban Development Authority MySuru (Young) continues to look forward to hope in their first high structure project.
Young Chairperson HV Rajeev reasoned that because drive vaccination and festival had been delayed in obtaining approval from the government, but expressed confidence that the proposal would be authorized the latest in November.
If everything goes according to the plan, young will build a high-rise structure in three places – two in West Mysuru and one in Mysore Timur.
The urban development agency has ordered Rs 100 Crores for its ambition project.
The total cost of the project is estimated at RS 372 Crores.
After young failed to get a lot of land for the development of a new layout, it appeared with this project many years ago.
Young has vacant land on the Vijayanagar IV stage, Gokulam, and Sathgalli where it has proposed to build a 2-BHL and 1-BHK house for homeless people.
According to the plan, young aims to build more than 1,100 multi-level homes in these places.
It has proposed to build 14 floors including the ground floor in each location.
The house in Gokulam and Vijayanagar will be built in the 635 and 660 sqft area and will have two bedrooms while in Sathgalli it will be built on an area of 335 sqft with one bedroom.
Rajeev claimed there was a big demand for their group housing scheme.
A survey conducted to check the response from the public before the project is understood revealing that people are interested in high-rise structures.
About 42,000 people have expressed interest in buying a group house online while more than 7,000 have provided applications.
Rajeev said that young had fixed prices for a single bedroom house at Rs 15.5 Lakh, 665 Areas of Sqft at Rs 33.5 Lakh and 635 Square Houses at Rs 29.5 Lakh.
