Growing: Five years after a driver was trimmed in an accident, the Thane Tribunal (MACT) motorbike accident claimed compensated Rs 32.8 lakh to Kin from Uttar Pradesh.
Prosecutors include the widow of the deceased, a child and an old man, all Amethi residents at Uttar Pradesh.
They begged that the death of the breadwinner before the time had thrown a shadow of the gloom and looked for compensation from the court.
Appearing for the prosecution, their adviser ADV Baldev Rajput told the court that the deceased, Mohammad Sayer Mahmud Khan, 28, who worked as a driver using trailer trucks with transportation trains.
It was on January 2, 2016, that he carried sugar from Chikali of Navsari to Nhava Sheva at Navi Mumbai.
Enroute in Thane City, the trailer developed an obstacle and he parked on the roadside and checked the problem when a trailer came from behind and hit another parking trailer that hit him and killed him in place.
Prosecutors in their claims said that he produced Rs 15,000 per month and claimed compensation for his death from the opponent.
In his order, the judge noted, in connection with the deposition of the transportation company manager, that he was an employer and did not have hostility with full.
The witness has served for the past 15 years and therefore, the proof is not only credible but can be trusted.
MACT members in the order of directing that the owner of two container trailers and two private insurance companies they paid RS 32.83 lakh compensation with seven percent per year from the date of submitting the application of claims.
It is also said that payments must be made in two months, failing they have to pay interest of eight percent per year until payment is made.
