Hyderabad: Eight people were arrested by Hyderabad police after conducting a raid on the location in Bowenpally and Ramgopalpet because they were allegedly involved in the T20 cricket bet when the Indian-Pakistani match lit, on Sunday.
Police said the cash of RS 2 Lakh was confiscated from the committee.
In the first case, five Nabbed people from the location at Dairy Farm Road in Bowenpally, while three people were arrested from Sindhi Colony at Ramgopalpet.
