Ahmedabad: A 39-year-old woman from Bopal filed a complaint with Bopal police on Saturday who alleged that her husband had tried to kill him on Friday night when he objected to his extra matters.
He tried to kill him by suffocating his breath with a pillow and also hit his personal part with a screwdriver.
Kanchan Bhandari, residents of the Platinum Isscon in Bopal, said in his code that he married Lokendra Bhandari who was accused of about 16 years ago after falling in love with each other.
Bhandari has a spa in Vastrapur in Ahmedabad, and also in Bangalore.
About five years ago, he knew that her husband had a relationship with various women.
The couple often fought over their illegal affairs.
Recently, Lokendra went to Bangalore from where he sent a photo of three different women to Kanchan asking him to choose who they among the most beautiful.
Feeling humiliated, Kanchan called his brother-in-law and told him about Lokendra’s behavior, and also raised this problem with him.
When his brother-in-law raised this problem with Lokendra, he told him that he would whip Kanchan with his belt and would not leave him alive.
On Friday night, when Kanchan slept with his two children, Lokendra reached their home and took him to the living room.
He first grabbed his cellphone and threw it away.
Then, he tied him to the chair and began to struggle and whipped him with a belt.
As if this was not enough, Lokendra, while continuing to abuse it, carrying a screwdriver that he pressed Kanchan in his personal part.
In his attack indiscriminately, the chair where Kanchan sat strike.
Then, he went to the bedroom and brought a pillow he began to press Kanchan’s mouth to desperately die.
In the attack, he fell unconscious and when he got consciousness, he found him sleeping in the room.
Using the intercom, he called the neighbor and asked him to come for his help.
His neighbor arrived with Kanchan’s brother-in-law and saved him from the flats.
They took him to Sola civilian hospital in the ambulance and then he shifted to Asarwa Civil Hospital.
When he was dismissed from the hospital, he, along with his brother and brother and in-law, approached Bopal’s police and filed a fir shot against Lokendra.
Inspector D N Patel Police Bopal said that the defendant had been arrested and ordered based on allegations of murder attempts on Saturday.
