Dumka: A fir put forward against Godda MP Nishikant Dubey at the Madhupur Police Station at Deoghar District because ‘tried to disrupt communal harmony during the Bypoll Madhupur’ was held on April 17 this year.
Madhupur BDO Rajiv Kumar Singh in his complaint on October 24 accused the Dubey statement carried out through Twitter’s handle on April 15 against Jamtara Mla Irfan Ansari Congress had the potential to trigger communal tensions in the constituency of polls.
“Dear Parliament has violated the provisions of Section 116,188,506 and 171 (F) IPC and appropriate legal actions must be taken against it,” read the complaint submitted after being directed by Deputy Deoghar Commissioner-Cum-region of Mayjuntri to do so on October 23.
While reacting to allegations of social media, Dubey said, “It was ridiculous for Deoghar’s government to file a shot at me six months after the government showed political vendetta.” This is not the first time the Deoghar administration has slapped FIR in Dubey.
Bhajantri and Dubey seem to have been in Loggersheads for a long time.
Dubey even accused the DC acting on the command of Minister of Hemant Soren’s head, with whom Dubey did not see eye-to-eye.
