MATHURA: Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is likely to visit Mathura on November 1 after the Pratiga Party Yatra ended, the former CLP leader said on Tuesday.
He will also offer a prayer at the Temple of Sri Krishna Janmasthan and do Yamuna Pusan if he visits Mathura, Pradeep Mathur, a former leader of the legislative Party Congress, to the media.
One of the three Pratiga Yatras marked by the Secretary General of the Congress on Saturday from UP Barabanki will lead to Mathura after covering the Western District of Uttar Pradesh.
Gandhi, who is also a UP Incharge Congress, is likely to declare Yatra’s conclusion on November 1, he said.
Led by former Union Minister Salman Khurshid, Yatra will reach Mathura after including Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareli, Badun, Aligarh, Hathur, Mathur said.
According to the former CLP leader, Yatra will tell people about some SOPs stated by Gandhi for providing assistance to different strata from the community if the party is in the state in 2022.
Congress leader previously announced giving 40 percent of tickets for women in elections other than smartphones to class 12 pass girls and e-scooty to pass girls, also launch other resolutions from parties.
Other promises made by him, employment of up to 20 lakh unemployed, releasing farmer loans, 50 percent of rebates at power rates and 100 percent rebates on electricity bills for the Covid-19 period, MSP on wheat and rice rs 2,500 per quintal, sugar cane 200 Quintal.
