Mumbai: Two men were arrested by Aarey’s police for stealing parts of the Casting Metro page and hid it on the River Mithi, just to take it a few days later and sell it so problem.
Police said two were accused, Sushil Kambu, 20, and Nehaal Gawde, 20, spent their wealth at the bar.
The defendant was used to steal several parts of the Metro casting page from time to time.
After Metro’s site workers gradually found that some parts were lost, FIR was registered at the Aarey Police Station in August.
Recently, police arrested Kamble and Gawde in connection with other cases.
During interrogation, it was studied that the same duo was involved in stealing parts of the Metro casting yard.
“They used to provoke parts of the Mithi River and sold them as memos to vendors, Jitendra Laxmiprasad,” said an officer.
The police have arrested Lakshmiprasad to buy stolen items.
Sixty kg of iron has recovered.
The police also found that Kamble was involved in four other cases registered at the Aarey Police Station earlier this year.
He will be captured in every case.
