During winter, the area remained interrupted from all over the world and in the summer, horses and molves carrying rations to villages.
Deputy Commissioner Nipun Jindal said that 168 solar panels were installed in Bara Bhangal.
He said that the solar panel and inverters had reached the Baijnath of Shimla and the inverter had been transported to Bara Bhangal through mules and panels sent through helicopters.
He said that every solar panel has 250 watts and with the help of the inverter, citizens will now have electricity all the time.
