LONDON: British officials strongly investigate the situation around the ship seized in France, the British environment, food and rural affairs George Eustice said on Thursday.
Asked by a parliamentary member in Parliament whether trawls have a license, Euustice said: “My official was investigating the situation around this ship who had been detained in France.
It is still too early to be able to identify what happened.” I have seen reports that it was on the initial list and then didn’t seem to be on the list but it was something I asked for our officials to investigate immediately, he said.
