Kalyan: In another incident, a slab of a building came to fall in the city of Ulhasnagar from the Thane Maharashtra district on Wednesday night.
The incident occurred in the Khemani area from Ulhasnagar when the building slab named Sherawali Kunjung collapsed.
This has forced around 50 members of 10 families to empty the building in front of the Diwali festival.
Learning about the incident, Local BJP Corporator Mahesh Sukhramani rushed to place and also reminded the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation.

A UMC official said that the building was in dangerous conditions and some notifications were released before, because it was from 25 families, around 15 had left the building while several families still lived in it with alternative arrangements.
Sukhramani told Tii, “four months ago, when 12 people died in two collapse, the state government had assured that within 15 days they would solve the technical issues that came up with the development of the dangerous buildings.
However, the country has done it.

Last Saturday, one person died and two others were injured after the platform the Paras building had collapsed.
