Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Thursday was given a guarantee to Binese KodiYeri, the son of the former Secretary of Kerala CPI (M) KodiYeri Balakrishnan in the case of money laundering submitted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Berineses has been in prison for almost a year now.
The source said UMA justice, towards a high court bench, guarantees 38-year-old players in several conditions that are not yet available for the media.
Berineses nested in the Parappanna Agrahara prison complex in Bengaluru after his arrest by Ed on October 29, 2020.
He is expected to get out of prison on Friday afternoon, said the source.
