Written by news2in

Mangaluru: The problem of garbage triggered a commotion at the Mangaluru Corporation Corporation (MCC) Corporation (MCC) meeting chaired by the Mayor of Programand Shetty on Saturday.
Corporators from Congress in the opposition carry the board notice that many public places in the city have turned into black garbage spots.
“People have disposed of waste by the roadside due to the failure of contractors who carry out the collection of door-to-door waste,” the opposition leader A C Vinayaraj.
Corporators Pravenchandra Alva and Naveen D’Souza blame sanitation supervisor not to monitor the collection of waste in the city.
They also noted that many other waste transportation and transport vehicles from the cell contractor handling Waste Antony were not in good condition.
Vocifer’s argument also caused Congress members to enter the home well and hold protests for several minutes.
However, the Mayor of BJP members managed to convince the opposition and said the problem of black spots was not new to City Corporation.
“We have watched people throw garbage in public places even when the Congress came to power.
We have brought some reforms in waste management in the past seven months.
Our team has identified all black spots and cleans it.
Next, CCTV cameras have been Installed in many places to punish those who dispose of waste on the roadside.
The problem starts after the separation of waste in the source is made mandatory, “said Mayor.
