Rajkot: The Association of Bar Rajkot in a representation to the head of Gujarat’s head on Monday demanded a circular withdrawal issued by the Main Rajkot District Judge.
Circular, which was obtained by the Rajkot Bar Association, was issued by the Utkarsh Judge Desai where he spoke to all judges stating that, “If there is an advocate of bad behavior or not maintaining decorative courts during the court process, Judicial officers must report this to report it and the report Must be sent to me for the appropriate action.
“In a letter sent to the chairman of Judge Gujarat, the Association of Bar Rajkot ended the circular ‘unprecedented and Harsh’.
“Circular said he did not respect all members of the lawyer’s brotherhood,” said the Rajkot Bar Association letter.
The letter accused that, “Learning District Judges never tended to hear even real complaints from violations or bad behavior from a chairman’s officer.” This copy of this letter has also been forwarded to the Gujarat Bar Barat Board and the Board of India.
