Zurich: Swiss Medication Regulator SwissMedic said on Tuesday approved a booster dose renewal of the Covid-19 Pfizer-Bionech vaccine for everyone aged 16 years and over.
“It clears the way for the use of wider booster vaccination.
High-risk individuals can still get a dose of booster from the age of 12 years,” SwissMedic said in a statement.
