Mysuru: Facing the problem of lack of staff, foresters in Nagarahole Tiger Reserve redeem it by becoming more alert.

Recently, The Foresters arrested one of three gang members involved in the sandalwood smuggling.
They also confiscated the sandalwood log that had charges, along with sharp weapons.

Meanwhile, the foresters were looking for two other gang members, while police complaints had also been submitted in connection with the incident.

We are currently in the process of finding a place where criminals cut down the sandalwood tree.
We have increased awareness after this incident , “he said.
Mahesh Kumar added that the investigation had been ordered to ensure the identity of Honcho’s head they suspected to strengthen many criminal activities in the forest.
