Jaipur: Discown JMC Major Greater Somya Gurjar did not relieve from the Supreme Court which refused to remain a sequence of suspension on Tuesday.
Manish Singhvi, appeared for JMC-bigger, told the judicial investigation continued and was in his final stage.

The state government has suspended Gurjar from the Mayor’s post and three other council members after the alleged attack on his commissioner Yagyamitra Singh Deo on June 6.
After suspension, the state government also began a judicial investigation on this issue.
The decision of the government’s suspension was challenged by Gurjar in the Rajasthan High Court, but the court refused to interfere and remained an order of suspension until the judicial investigation was carried out in all of these cases.
After HC did not give a relief, Gurjar challenged this problem in SC.
This problem has been heard three times in SC, but until now there is no relief given except directing to accelerate the judicial probe.
