Dubai: Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji said on Thursday that the US international coalition had ended his battle mission in Iraq and withdrawn from the country, according to the Ina State News Agency.
Coalition forces will continue only in training and development capacity, he added.
There was no direct confirmation from the coalition that had been deployed in Iraq to fight militants of the Islamic State.
