Hyderabad: The day after the Indian Election Election Commission (ECI) warned the Secretary of the Chief of Telangana Somesh Kumar to exercise in the behavior of the MLC polls that will come in the state, the government has attracted the government’s orders (go) issued by Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department gave sanctions Rs 250 Crore to Parishads Mandal and Zilla a week ago.
Incidentally, this is the second example when the EC expressed the model of the model (MCC) model in less than a month.
Telangana Chief Officer Shashank Goel has directed the Secretary of the Department of Panchayat Raj to send a report on the issuance of sanction funds when the MCC applies in connection with the selection of MLC under the constituency of the Regional Authority without approval.
Congress Deputy President S Niranjan has submitted a complaint with ECI on Tuesday in a process issued by Panciran Raj Commissioner giving Sanction RS 250 Crore to Zilla and Parishads Mandal Praja.
He said it was a violation of MCC.
Acting on complaints, ECI was looking for clarification from Panciran Raj Commissioner.
The City Administrative Department has issued orders on November 18 which increases the honorarium, including transportation benefits to the Mayor, Chairperson, Deputy Mayor, Deputy Chairperson, Corporator, Environmental Members and Co-Option members of Urban Local Agency (ULB), which forms Electoral College for board selection.
EC takes awareness of violations in observing MCC, ECI said.
