Namakkal: The non-moving property owned by Namakkal-based EMU-based farms and Garden Garden Velavan developers will be auctioned according to the direction of Coimbatore Court area on December 15.
The traits include two plots, each of the 2,360 sqft, in Pillakalathur Village and 3,716 square in Kattukottai Village Rasipuram Taluk.
Parties are interested in the property on or before the auction date, said an Economic violation official (EOW).
