MySuru’s school told students to show the parent vaccine certificate

Mysuru: Some schools in the district have asked students to immediately produce their parents’ vaccine certificates.
The direction of school management was requested by instructions from the government when the Omicron variant case was detected in Karnataka and the school had been reopened.
DDPI Ramachandra Raje Urs said the presence for offline classes between class I and X was 86 percent.
Parents have been told that they must send certificates to school through their children.
“Friday is the last day to submit a parent vaccination certificate,” Urs said.
According to Santosh Kumar, mysuru district representative from primary and secondary school management (KAMS), the presence for offline classes continues to be good even after the report about Omicron appears in the country.
“There is no decrease in attendance,” he said.
In all districts in the old Mysuru area, the number of students tested positive for Covid-19 was low, except Chikamagaluru where the cluster case was reported last Saturday.
According to data, on Tuesday there was no one below or the age of 18 was tested positively in the MySuru district.
Previously, in Chikamagaluru, 94, Hassan, 4, Kodagu, 11, MySuru, 2, and in Shivamogga 1 students were tested positively.
