Bhopal: The former world number one Divyansh Singh Panwar fired 250 impressive in the final for the 10m Air Rifle 10m Air Championship bag in the MP Shooting Academy Range here on Friday.
Rudrankksh Maharashtra Balasaheb Patil was second with 249.3 while Hriday Hazarika won Bronze with a score of 228.2 in the 64th national shooting championship competition (NSCC) on the Rifle event.
Men’s 10M Male Discipline saw the 768 record participation of this athlete with more than 800 registration to compete.
Rajasthan Shooter, like the 63rd Nationals, also won a junior men’s competition for double gold that day.
He shot 252.2 in the Junior Final as Rudrankksh settled silver here also with 251.2.
Delhi Paarth Makhija is third with a score of 229.9.
Elsewhere in Patiala in Moti Bagh Gun Club Ranges, Aakash Kushwaha and Pragati Dubey Madeshy Pradesh won the mixed team trap competition.
They beat Haryana’s Lakshay Sheoran and Bhavna Chaudhary of 42-37 margins in a gold medal match.
Tamil Nadu won the bronze at the event.
