Kurukshetra: Kurukshetra police have ordered the leader of AAM AADMI Party (AAP) Naveen Jaihind and about 30 supporters allegedly to hold a meeting and in short the press at Brahamsarovar Purshotam Bagh without permission and violated Covid-19 guidelines.
In accordance with the complaint, on December 6, the AAP Naveen leader had held a press conference at Brahamsarovar without permission and violated Covid-19 guidelines.
A case was registered against Naveen under Section 188 of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) and 51 (b) disaster management law at the Kurukshetra Police Station (KU) on December 7.
Kurukshetra Additional Police Supervisory (ASP) said Goel, “Administration has denied permission for a press conference in Brahamsarovar, but they remain advanced and hold it.
We have registered the Naveen Jaihind case and around 30 supporters at the KPU Police to face Haryana Vidhan Sabha on December 17, If the government fails to act on this problem and swear to Srimadbhagvada Geeta that there are no errors that occur in the state if recruitment occurs.
