Chennai: The circular driving school circular spoil of Tamil Nadu Nadu to replace vehicles that are older than 8 years, have lived in the High Court of Madras.
“Registration certificates given to any vehicle other than commercial vehicles under the action of motorized vehicles will be valid for 15 years.
At that time, can this kind of restrictions be put in the school driving?” Justice R Suresh Kumar wonders.
The court passed the temporary order on the request transferred by Tamil Nadu driving the federation owner of the Federation challenging round validity on 11 November 2011.
“This court tends to give command orders for four weeks to hold the authorities and their people.
From insisting on members of the Petitioner’s federation to replace Their existing vehicles are used or pressed into service by the Petitioner’s Federation member only because the vehicle has completed a period of life of eight years, “said Justice Suresh Kumar.
According to the circle, without the age of the motorcycle cycle and light motorized vehicles will be more than 8 years.
Heavy motorized vehicles may not be more than 10 years and must be fulfilled on or before September 30, 2012.
Given the round, most vehicles ensure compliance with conditions in deadlines.
Now, eight years have passed since 2012, the authorities insisted on school changing their vehicles.
Harmed, the Federation has transferred the High Court and submitted that because of the first wave of Covid-19 and the second wave, both in 2020 and 2021, most of the driving school period was closed and therefore, new vehicles pressed by serving in 2012 was not used during that period.
“Therefore, the eight-year period prescribed under the round itself cannot be strictly released against members of the Petitioner’s federation by forcing them to replace existing vehicles by bringing new vehicles,” they said.
