On November 9, the applicant claimed that they had submitted a representation and also asked the prison authority in Rohtak to make several settings so they could get a bless of the head of the dera but there was no response.
“Denies audio / video facilities or letters not only violating their own personal rights but also stop the applicant to continue with the habit of the disciples of the Dera because they are now not eligible to do their marriage (especially registration) and related matters,” according to petition.
The applicant has signed Haryana House Secretary, DGP (prison), prison supervisor, district prison in Sunaria in Rohtak district, as the respondent in this case.
According to the Petitioner, the Constitutional Act of India and Hinduism, 1955 allows Indian citizens to make marriage according to their habits.
