According to the Petitioner, who loyal followers of Dera, thanks to the head of the Dera needed to complete their wedding rituals and have argued that their marriage will not be declared in accordance with the habits and use of the law below if this is not permitted.
The petition has submitted Sirsa Resident Ravi Kumar (26) and Chandigarh based Ashok Kumar (28) – whose marriage remains on a different date.
The applicant has argued that according to Indian culture, people believe God accepts their marriage partners with God’s symbols such as holy fires, scriptures and idols or holy temples.
The request said, “Likewise, like the ritual of Dera Sacha Sauda, Dera’s head was considered a godly figure and ordinary people married before him and with His blessings.

The applicant was born and raised by looking at This habit and many people who are known to do their marriages through this method and now the marriage of the Petitioners remain and they want to do their marriage in accordance with the habit of Dera.
“According to the applicants, they had approached the family members of the Dera’s head to get their blessings through their phone calls but Said that the Haryana government did not allow recording or sharing audio phone calls by the Head of Dera.
On November 9, the applicant claimed that they had submitted a representation and also asked the prison authority in Rohtak to make several settings so they could get a bless of the head of the dera but there was no response.
“Denies audio / video facilities or letters not only violating their own personal rights but also stop the applicant to continue with the habit of the disciples of the Dera because they are now not eligible to do their marriage (especially registration) and related matters,” according to petition.
The applicant has signed Haryana House Secretary, DGP (prison), prison supervisor, district prison in Sunaria in Rohtak district, as the respondent in this case.
According to the Petitioner, the Constitutional Act of India and Hinduism, 1955 allows Indian citizens to make marriage according to their habits.
Applicants mainly seek help referring part 3 of Hindu marriage laws that define habits as something continuous and quietly observed for a long time.
