Jaipur: The country reported 24 new Covid cases on Tuesday took the overall calculation to 9.55,127.
The count of victims of the country is at 8,958.
Among 24 new infections, four cases each reported from Udaipur and Jaipur, Baran and Bikaner reported three cases, two cases each reported from Ajmer and Alwar while one case was reported from Churu, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur and Rajsamand.
“In Rajsamand, one person found infected who relates to the 80-year-old woman died of Covid-19, Monday.
We have conducted contacts and sampling carried out, where one case was reported on Tuesday,” said the Head of Health Officer Medical Rajsamand, Dr.
Prakash Sharma.
In Jaipur, four cases were reported from Vaishali Nagar (2) and one case were reported from Malviya Nagar and Sodala.
In the last 24 hours, Covid active cases have increased from 259 to 270.
