Ahmedabad: Special Nia Court on Wednesday granted 10-day custodial interrogation from Afghan citizens in connection with Heroin Crore RS 21,000 in Port Mundra by the Directorate of Income Intelligence in September.
The defendant, Sobhan Aryanfar (28), was taken from Hyderabad by the National Investigation Agency about Transit Remand on Tuesday.
Allegations are in the area of Neb Sarai Delhi.
Because the special court was not available, he was sent to detention for a day and was produced before Nia Judge Shubhada Baxi on Wednesday.
Special prosecutors Amit Nair asked the court for 10-day police shipments in various reasons.
He handed over that Aryanfar allegedly collected drug products sold in India and touched the main charges in this case.
He sent the money to other charges who lived abroad through various hawala channels.
The probe agent wants to find out who he sent money, since when and how much he might send to be accused of being together in this matter.
Nia proposed that the international drug cartel was operating and Aryafar’s interrogation could help in finding details about it.
Before this, Nia arrested two Afghan citizens, Saeed Mohammed and Fardeen Ameri, with one Pradeep Kumar earlier this month and secured their police detention in this case.
