Mayukh Sengupta Kolkata: Two Salt Lake Police, accused of persecuting a young woman, who had been seeking their help to get home in the middle of last night, sent to police custody for three days with the Salt Lake court on Friday.
The judge rejected their guarantee plea for the second time in a week.
Both of them, Sandip Pal and Civic Volunteer Abhisek Malang, are in your holding since Monday.
The 25-year-old woman reportedly identified them during the IT parade in Dum Dum Jail and then recorded a statement of confession in front of a judge of the salt lake.
The police asked for a new police detention from both accused of further questions and reconstruction of events.
