Ranchi: To ensure that street vendors maintain cleanliness and sell quality food, the state urban development department works with the Indian Food and Food Standard Authority (FSSAI) has trained more than 13,000 vendors in 31 local bodies.
According to the department, 42,631 vendors in 50 ULB have been identified for two-day training on food safety, cleanliness, cleanliness and waste disposal.
This training is part of support for urban street vendor programs under the mission of national urban livelihoods.
