Hyderabad: Regarding the Stoi report about three orphans Manidep (2), Anush Nadan (7) and Chandrika (11), whose parents were killed in a drunken state and driving in Narsingi, published in this column on December 16 on December 16 Minister KT Rama Rao has directed officials of the District Children’s Protection Unit (DCPU) and an Integrated Child Development Service Team (ICDS) to expand support to the family.
Following the direction of KTR, the DCPU and ICDS team provides food and financial assistance directly to children.
They say that children will be given monthly financial assistance under the benefits of sponsors from the ICDS program.
Educational needs of two older children are being taken care of with the support of local generators and the two children of Anush Nandan (Class 1) and Chandrika (Class 5) are accepted at the School of the School, Hydershakote.
Their cost for this year is also paid.
The development of women and children’s welfare departments will provide the necessary support to children and follow up on their welfare regularly.
Speaking to Toi, Durgam Ganesh, a brother of Raju, expressed his gratitude for the support that had been poured for the three children.
“We have given up after my brother and brother-in-law died.
Their future is uncertain, but children have hope now, thanks to the government’s humanitarian movement and some individuals,” said Ganesh Toi.
