Mangaluru: MBBS Private hospital internship was found hanging in the apartment room on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Vaishali Gaikwad (25) originating from Bidar.
Diskered that he shared an apartment with another friend on the 12th floor and they both lived in a separate room.
The incident was revealed at 10:45 a.m., when a deceased friend tried to reach it by telephone.
When he did not receive a call, his friend rushed to the apartment to find it hanging on the ceiling fan.
The case has been registered at the Ullal Police Station.
Personal problems are thought to be a reason for victims to take extreme steps.
