Thane: a broken fire at my kitchen hotel and at a nearby house near Malhar Cinema in Thane on Monday night.
There are no reports of injury or victims.
At least three fire extinguisher machines, 1 QRV (fast response vehicle) and one jumbo water tanker rushed to the place and brought the situation under control, regional disaster management cells (RDMC) from the Corporation Municipal (TMC), said Santosh Kadam.
Kadam told that Ravi Takle (84) and Kunda Takle (78) were saved by the TDRF (Force Response Disaster) Jawan from the first floor of the land structure plus-two.
The cause of the fire is not confirmed.
