IMD estimates say cold waves will win over remote places in the 14 districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Ballasore, Sonepur, Bhadrak, Angul, Dhenkanal, Deogarh and Sambalpur from Tuesday morning.
17 districts where cold waves will win from Wednesday morning are Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balalasore, Bhadrak, Sambalpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khurda, Nayagarh, Sonepur, Bolangeir, Nabanada, Ladydom and Deogarh.
