Gurgaon: Schools in four NCR Countries – Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonīpat and Jhajjar – open their campus for grade 6 to 12 students after remaining high levels of pollution for almost a month, except the last period in the last week of November.
Both government and private schools see a slim presence on the first day.
While leading private schools stick to the direction of the 50% of students on campus, some budgets oppose orders by calling all students from class 6 and above.
They say continuing with a hybrid model that is not feasible for them.
On November 14 that schools in these districts were ordered to close the deteriorating level of pollution.
They have continued the physical class for several days when the commission for air quality management for Delhi-NCR ordered the closure of the school on December 3 schools in other districts, however, functioning at a capacity of 50%.
While schools in Delhi opened on Saturday itself – a day after Caqm raised restrictions on physical classes – which in Haryana chose Monday so they had enough time to tell parents and students.
“Now, schools in all 22 open state districts.
The school can call 50% of students, but the presence is not compulsory.
The government still assesses the omicron situation and has not made a decision about whether all students can be called back to campus.
Until that happens, teaching models Hybrid will continue.
Students will have the choice to choose, “said the upper secondary education department official.
Attendance on 1 thin day.
While leading private schools only see 25% -30% of students emerge, it is a little better at the government-managed institution.
“It was largely due to cold weather.
Let’s see whether the power rises before we go for the winter break on December 30,” said Rashmi Malik, Principal of Salwan Public School.
On Monday, most of the private school budgets call all their class students 6 to 12.
Even when there is a Caqm sequence against offline classes, many of these schools have called students to campus.
“We have stated that the private school budget cannot continue with hybrid mode.
Our students have suffered and parents are not interested in paying for online classes.
Also, the teachers work too much.
So, most of the private school budget has decided to suspend the classroom Online and only holding offline sessions, “said Yashpal Yadav, President Haryana Sikshan Sbanathan.
However, the Ministry of Education officials stated that strict action would be taken against schools found to violate the limit of 50%.
The department said it would inspect and pull all schools like that.
