Udupi: Local fishermen have noticed a nesting site of turtles near the lighthouse on Kodi Beach in Kundapur on Saturday.
After this, the Forestry Department with NGO support and locals, monitored the place, and the coverage had been built in place.

Last year, from 11 hatching places, around 250 hatches made it to the sea.
