Ahmedabad: In a revenuous step, a Petitioner of the Yavatmal District in Maharashtra on Monday approached the Supreme Court who was looking for the insults of the court process and criminal acts against two Gujarat High Court Judges – JB Pardiwala justice and Niral Justice Mehta – which last week was rejected by pills Ahmedabad Civic’s decision that limits the entry of people who are not vaccinated for Covid in place, and because of their attraction to citizens to be investigated and even go for a booster dose.
IRE Rashid Khan Pathhan has been triggered by the orders by Judge Pardiwala and Mehta passed on Friday that rejected the pill submitted by five people who took the exception to the Corporation Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) issued on September 17, where the city’s body had been banned by people which is not vaccinated in its place, in an effort to encourage people to go for covid vaccination.
Applicants argue that the center has explained that vaccination is not mandatory.
The judges did not comment on whether vaccination must be mandatory or not, but had praised the AMC campaign and appealed to citizens to go vaccination.
It does not go down with Pathan which introduces itself as NGO National Secretary, Human Rights Council.
He submitted a request at the APEX court demanding that Judge Pardiwala and Mehta be held with insults to the Supreme Court to act “by ignoring, demanding intentionally and the preferred humiliation”.
He also demanded criminal acts of judges to hatch conspiracy “to provide wrong profits to vaccine companies” by enforcing AMC ampoules, which will cause losses and abuse of crores from the rupee of the public money.
“The defendant also violated fundamental rights many citizens.
This command incited the country’s authority concerned to put the lives of citizens in danger and even the death of ordinary people, whose body (SIC) was allergic to the vaccine,” Claims the Applicant.
Demanding the CBI investigation and that the judge was withdrawn from the judiciary, Pathan was also dragged into the lawyer of the General Devang Vyas Assistant Assistant Vyas and the Additional Petitioner of the Government of K Anthani, in his petitions suspected of launching a conspiracy.
