Bhubaneswar: Rain of SOP in Odisha ahead of the Election of Panchayat, is scheduled in February.
On Wednesday, Chairman of the Minister of Naveen Patnaik announced Rs 1000 Aid respectively for 96 families of the lakh borne by Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) towards livelihood assistance.
The minister’s chairman has directed officials to release assistance in seven days.
“Those who have not received BSKY Smart Cards can still take advantage of the benefits by showing national food security or state food security cards because everything is BSKY’s automatic beneficiary,” said a government statement.
By stating that the welfare of the poor is the main focus of the government, Naveen said, “Covid-19 has made a large social and economic impact on the family of the economically weaker part.
The government’s assistance is to help reduce the pain.” RS 960 Crore’s livelihood help package came a day after Naveen announced the RS 1444 Crore House repair assistance at the RS 3,000 level each for the beneficiaries of various state housing schemes and each RS 5,000 for families who met the requirements that lost the benefits of central housing.
In June this year, the government has announced the Covid Covid RS 1690 assistance package for a more economically weaker part.
This includes each Rs 1000 for 17.83 lakh farmers without land to Covid assistance, Rs 260 Crore to create employment opportunities for the city’s poor in 114 cities under the Mukhyamantri Karma Tatpara Abhiyan (Mukta) in addition to the funds transferred to the farmer’s scheme.
Naveen has also put stone foundation or projects inaugurated worth more than Rs 30,000 Crore for 30 districts in the past four months.
BJP slams the government’s movement.
“The State Government has failed to provide a list of people who qualify for the Pradhan Mantri Beware of Yojana on the Beware Portal + even though the deadline is extended six times.
To hide the inability, Naveen has announced the RS 5000 each for a family like that,” a spokesman said BJP Golak Mohapatra.
