New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched a “special” housing scheme on Thursday with more than 18,000 flats offered in locations such as Jasola, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.
Most of these flats, all of which are returned by the Allastee from the previous scheme, are one bedroom and located in Narela.
The number of flats offered is 18,335, where 11,452 is a low-income group (LIG) of one bedroom flat category, with a price between 14.1 lakh Rs and Rs 41.1 Lakh.
More than 8,000 of them were in Narela, while the rest in Rohini, Dwarka, Siraspur, Ramgarh, Lok Nayak Puram etc.
The last date to submit a scheme is February 7, 2022 and the number of registration is Rs 25,000 for the economically weaker flat, RS 1 Lakh for Flat Lig, and Rs 2 Lakh for Middle Income Group (MIG) and Flat High-income Group (HIG) .
The three-bedroom hig flats are 202, where 182 are in Jasola, 18 in Vasant Kunj Blok F and 2 in other locations.
There are also three flats higs with two bedrooms in various parts of Vasant Kunj.
With the base area of up to 177.3sq M, the flat hig in Jasola is expensive with prices ranging from RS 1.9 Crore and Rs 2.1 Crore.
The number of two bedroom migs is 976, where the majority – 486 – is located in various Dwarka sectors, followed by 461 in various narella sectors, regardless of some in Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Jahangirpuri etc.
Tentative prices range from Rs 50.2 lakh and RS 1.2 Crore.
DDA has launched a housing scheme with 1,354 flats earlier this year and the flat in this special scheme was returned in 2014, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Lots of flats, including three bedroom premiums and penthouses in Dwarka, in various stages.
