Mumbai: A rental accountant (CA) has been arrested for allegedly helping logistics companies in securing a loan of more than Rs 4.50 Crore from Bank Icici by sending false invoices and absoring loans.
The banking unit from the Economic Violations of the Wing (EOW) captured Kapil Surendra Mittal (38) from Delhi on charges of cheating, forgery, violations of criminal trust and conspiracy.
